The existing handrail was out of date and not up to code. We removed old handrail, balusters and post and installed 3 new newel posts, handrail, and square balusters. To finish the job we painted handrails semi-gloss white.
Project | Montgomery, OH
The customer was having water issues in yard because old downspouts ran off into the yard. We corrected the problem by adding a “Y” connector to convert water flow into single downspout and tied single downspout into existing underground water runoff.

We removed old carpet from stairs and installed new oak stair treads; faced with white 1×8 and decorative trim. The trim was painted gloss white with stained dark walnut stair treads. Excellent contrast!! We also installed new wrought iron balusters and painted handrail/trim gloss white. The master bedroom needed a face lift so we removed carpet and installed new hardwood floors with new wainscoting around the room. The wainscoting was painted gloss white.
Removed old decking, stairs and wood handrails. Install new decking, handrails with aluminum balusters, stairs and stained wood a rustic dark brown. Turned out fabulous!

Painted the interior walls of the living room, small hallway and bathroom. The living room had a faux finish and was painted over with a light gray color and an accent wall as metallic. The bathroom was painted satin white. We also had to patch the bathroom ceiling in multiple locations.

Scraped all texture off garage ceiling. Applied new tape, mud, topping and finished drywall smooth. We primed and painted the ceiling white. After the job was completed we cleaned the floor. The ceiling turned out excellent.

The customer removed the wallpaper from dining room walls and realized the walls were in very bad shape (glue and water damage). Customer did not know where to begin. Our drywall team got to work and repaired the holes at soffit/walls and applied a skim coat to all walls. After a couple coats of mud the walls were sanded smooth and ready for primer/paint. The project took three days to complete and turned out perfect.
Project I Deer Park, OH
The customer had old paneling/ceiling tile on the walls and ceilings of entire home. We removed all paneling and ceiling tile to the studs. After demo was complete we installed new insulation as well as hung new drywall throughout the home. We also installed new baseboard, casing, doors (plus hardware) and closet shelves. To finish the project we painted the entire home using (1) coat of primer and (2) coats of wall and ceiling paint (interior walls and ceiling).
