My lower level was painted and a portion of my ceiling textured recently by Pro Improvement Services. The two painters and drywall experts who took care of my needs were very friendly and very good at what they do. They patiently worked with me to troubleshoot a problem with one wall without charging me more. They also made sure that they cleaned up after themselves as they moved along and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants professionals who are customer-centered and know how to respect you and your home.
We are very pleased with the work arranged by Jason White of Pro Improvement Services. His two person crew did work for us that involved very different tasks – refurbishing the deck with several steps, power washing, staining and sealing, plus constructing the gate that is a welcomed addition. They also did several kinds of repair work on the double door leading to the deck and the space around it.
They were professional and cordial and meticulous about their work. Kelly communicated very well with us explaining things as they worked and answered our questions and made adjustments, like with the weather, as she said in order to get the job done right not rush through it.
We would be glad to contact Pro Improvement Services for future projects that we may have.

This review is long overdue. Mainly because I felt whatever I could conjure up in this review wasn’t worthy of the service and workmanship that was provided by Pro Improvement Services. Everytime I sit in my newly finished basement I admire the quality of work Jason’s team delivered while also feeling a sense of guilt for not sharing this with others. From the first call to the follow up calls after the work was complete Jason and his team made me feel like I was their number 1 customer. They took the time to walk us through our options which helped immensely in planning the layout of the basement. Each step of the way the team maintained clear communication with us to ensure they were delivering exactly what we wanted. We came up with new ideas (adding lights, shelves, adjustments to the planned closet, outlets, paint colors, etc…) as the project progressed and they willingly accommodated those requests. As easy as they were to work with, the workmanship exceeded our expectations. It was clear they took immense pride in their work. They weren’t only working to satisfy us as the customer, but, to walk away being proud of the work themselves. That’s when you know you have a good crew. We had our outside house trim repaired (replaced) last October 2022. It had rotted in several places and needed repair work. Jason’s team was on time, professional, courteous and did quality workmanship. There were a few aesthetics that I wanted improved upon and Jason sent his team back to take care of them. We had Pro install our new kitchen cabinets and they turned out great – everything was completed exactly how we wanted.
